Designers Daniel Silver and Steven Cox founded their line of menswear in 2001 based on the philosophy that "menswear can be exciting." Known for their expert tailoring and use of innovative fabrics and color, Cox, who previously designed for Tommy Hilfiger, and Silver, a former TV producer, offer a collection that blends street-inspired pieces with classic staples. In 2007, the New York-based label was nominated by the CFDA for Menswear Designer of the Year and recognized by the Victoria & Albert museum in London as part the "New York Fashion Now" exhibit.
